Establishing Principles Framework in an organisation

It was an amazing experience facilitating a session for ~120 academicians and staff of the Jaipuria Institute of Management to roll out the new Principles framework (Value system). This initiative is led by their visionary leader Shreevats Jaipuria and very ably supported by Prasoon M Tripathi taking the Jaipuria group to the next level of excellence.
It’s a privilege to support such initiatives and work with people who educate and mentor thousands of students every year and are contributing to nation-building and skill development by grooming the leaders and entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
